Join our fast-growing company as a Customer Support Representative with fluent Japanese and good English language skills. You will work with clients in the accounts of a well-known american cosmetic brand.
This role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
It is a full-time remote position.
Schedule : Monday - Friday; 10pm - 7am GMT+8 during the 2 months of probation period,
after the probation 8am - 5pm GMT+8.

You will answer questions about the products, recommendations, how to use, how to return, how to order etc.; also complaints and refund requests about beauty products created with AI technology; recommend the best suited products to their customers.
