Join our fast-growing company as a Customer Support Representative with fluent Japanese and good English language skills. You will work with clients in the accounts of a well-known american cosmetic brand.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

It is a full-time remote position.

Schedule : Monday - Friday; 10pm - 7am GMT+8 during the 2 months of probation period,

after the probation 8am - 5pm GMT+8.

Your responsibilities:

• Answer betwen 35-100 tickets/day;
• Work with Zendesk and other internal CRM platforms;
• Manage users' accounts;
• Perform other related CS tasks, such as translations;
• Report to senior management.

You will answer questions about the products, recommendations, how to use, how to return, how to order etc.; also complaints and refund requests about beauty products created with AI technology; recommend the best suited products to their customers.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

• Interest or a hobby in makeup/cosmetics/skincare/wellness;
• Experience as a Customer Support Representative will be an advantage;
• Fluent Japanese with a professional tone of voice;
• Good English, ability to pass the training in English;
• Energetic and positive team-player;
• You can work as a self-employed by the contract;
• You can work from home, don't be distracted, have your own laptop or computer.
