PPB Group Berhad is seeking a proactive and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of live chat operations, including team performance, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement live chat strategies to enhance customer engagement and support. - Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Analyze data and trends to optimize live chat performance and achieve KPIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve live chat services.

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in live chat management or customer service roles. - Energetic and driven personality with a strong passion for customer service excellence. - Excellent research and strategic planning skills to drive innovative solutions. - Proficient in using live chat software and tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
