Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. As a Remote Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with passengers and visitors to our airports. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of energy to engage with customers in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist passengers with flight information, airport facilities, and general inquiries about Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. 3. Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously to ensure prompt and efficient service to customers. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary. 5. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for improving customer service. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in all interactions. 7. Act as a brand ambassador for Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, promoting a positive image and reputation for the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Independent and energetic personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 4. Proficiency in people management and problem-solving skills to handle various customer situations effectively. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of airport operations and flight information is a plus. 7. Flexibility to work full-time hours with occasional weekends and holidays as needed.
