Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and resilient Live Chat Representative to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required - we are seeking individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company. 4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers to ensure a positive customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team. 5. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. 6. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required. 7. Must be willing to work full-time at our George Town, Penang location.
