Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online platforms, such as chat and email.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Assist customers in navigating our online services and platforms - Provide guidance and support on healthcare services and solutions - Process appointments and reservations for patients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements for our online services - Innovate new ways to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center roles - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using technology and online communication tools - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues - Analytical thinking skills to assess customer needs and suggest solutions - Innovative mindset to improve processes and customer experiences
