Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills and the ability to effectively analyze customer needs to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from customers regarding our products and services. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a professional and timely manner. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding. 4. Utilize call center software to efficiently manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability and reliability are essential traits for this role. 2. Strong people management skills and the ability to analyze customer needs. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Proficiency in using computers and call center software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
