Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Call Center Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Provide customer support and assistance with online services and products. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company. 7. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends. 8. Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism. 3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Persuasive skills to upsell products or services to customers. 5. Resilience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related field preferred.
