Job Description:


MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a dedicated Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level Online Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Monitoring online reviews and social media mentions to maintain a positive brand reputation. 5. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and efficiency. 7. Meeting individual and team performance goals.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
