Job Description:


Petron Malaysia is seeking a full-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional online chat support to our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through online chat in a timely manner. 2. Providing product information and assistance with online orders. 3. Troubleshooting technical issues with the website or online services. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve the overall customer experience. 7. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Reliable and motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. 4. Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs. 6. Knowledge of online chat support platforms and tools.
