Online Client Relations Assistant

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, proactive, and eager to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with various departments to ensure client requests are handled efficiently - Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to the team on areas for improvement - Assist in organizing and implementing online marketing campaigns to attract new clients - Support the team in developing strategic plans for client engagement and retention - Assist with project management tasks as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Strategic planning and project management skills - Adaptable and able to quickly learn new processes and systems - Energetic and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service
