Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


SIRIM Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online client relationships and ensure customer retention - Identify opportunities for online client growth and engagement - Manage online client accounts and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize online client experiences - Analyze data and metrics to track online client satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Lead online client communication efforts, including email campaigns and social media interactions - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on online client relations activities


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in online client relations or a similar role - Proven track record of successfully managing online client relationships and driving customer satisfaction - Independent and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
