Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This is a full-time Associate Level position requiring at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through various online platforms such as email, social media, and chat - Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create online campaigns and promotions to engage clients - Monitor and analyze client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth - Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, retention, and engagement to senior management - Manage and lead a team of online client relations associates, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and leadership skills - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
