Online Client Relations Manager

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a confident and adaptable Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our online clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with online clients - Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns - Developing and implementing client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback - Analyzing client feedback and making recommendations for improvement - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitoring client retention rates and taking proactive steps to address any issues

Requirements for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and presentation skills - At least 7 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
