Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our relationships with clients through online platforms and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online client relations strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally through various online channels. - Monitor and analyze client feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for client projects. - Manage online client databases and keep records up to date. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to improve client relations strategies. - Maintain a positive and professional online presence on behalf of the company.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. - Strong understanding of online platforms and customer engagement strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly adaptable and energetic with a positive attitude. - Ability to persuade and influence others effectively. - Experience in people management or team leadership is a plus.
