Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Petronas, an innovative and forward-thinking energy company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience who possess a resourceful and independent nature.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with clients via online platforms to provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or issues promptly. 2. Manage and maintain client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Assist in the development and implementation of online client service strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution. 5. Monitor online client trends and provide innovative suggestions for improvement. 6. Conduct online research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. 7. Prepare reports and analysis on online client service performance for management review. 8. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Persuasion skills to influence clients and promote products or services. 5. Proven track record of innovation in client service. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools. 7. Knowledge of online marketing and customer relationship management systems. 8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
