Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

As an Online Client Service Representative at Genting Group, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our online clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless online experience. You will also be responsible for processing orders, managing client accounts, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to online clients through chat, email, and phone. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and technical issues. 3. Process online orders and manage client accounts. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues promptly. 6. Stay current on product offerings and promotions to better assist clients. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in the online client experience. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and resourceful with a strong attention to detail. 3. Innovative and able to think creatively to solve problems. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in using online communication tools and systems. 7. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
