Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with clients through online communication platforms. 2. Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 3. Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth. 5. Track and report on client satisfaction and engagement metrics to management. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients. 7. Support the implementation of online marketing campaigns and initiatives for clients.

Requirements: 1. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 2.
