Job Description:
Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This full-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online client support operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online client support processes and procedures. 3. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in customer service delivery. 4. Train and mentor support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online client support services. 6. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of support initiatives. 7. Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in managing online client support operations. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent research and persuasion abilities. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus.
