Job Description:
As an Online Client Support Officer at Digi.Com Berhad, based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping customers and the drive to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, technical support, and other service-related issues. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and provide comprehensive solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information as needed. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the online client experience and suggest enhancements. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends. 8. Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or support capacity. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms, email systems, and customer relationship management tools. 6. Team player with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of accountability. 7. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously. 8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results.
