Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Representative at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and digital communication tools. 6. Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
