Job Description:
The Online Contact Center Assistant at Berjaya Corporation Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work independently and reliably.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage online chat sessions with customers to provide support and assistance - Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with customers as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and reliably - Proficiency in using online communication platforms - Familiarity with social media platforms and online chat systems - Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
