Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Specialist at Genting Group in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an entry-level position, no experience is required, but we are seeking candidates who are reliable, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving skills. 4. Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and strategies. 6. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Contact Center Manager.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Time management and strategic planning skills. 7. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
