Job Description:


YTL Corporation Berhad, a leading global company based in George Town, Penang, MY, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Care Manager to join our team. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing our online customer service operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise the online customer care team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media. 4. Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care. 7. Lead and motivate the team to achieve individual and departmental goals. 8. Maintain a high level of reliability and professionalism in all customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or online customer care. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to research and analyze customer data to drive decision-making. 5. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
