Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description: As an Online Customer Service Officer at SIRIM Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends - Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions to customer issues - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives

Requirements: - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong presentation and creativity skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
