Job Description:
Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is looking for a passionate and dedicated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Provide customers with product and service information, as well as assistance with online transactions. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide feedback on customer concerns. 6. Update customer information in the database during and after each interaction.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. 4. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools. 5. Presentation skills and emotional intelligence are essential. 6. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. 7. Experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required.
