Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is looking for a dynamic and adaptable Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. The Online Customer Service Representative will work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Provide product information and assist customers with online purchases - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Planning and organizational skills - Adaptable and resilient - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
