Job Description:


Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance and troubleshooting for online orders, account issues, and product inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to the management team - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures - Provide feedback to improve the online customer experience


Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality - Excellent people management and decision-making skills - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
