Job Description:


As an Online Customer Success Associate at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our online customers in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. You will need to possess a resilient attitude and be confident in your ability to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with online customers through various channels including email, chat, and social media to provide assistance and support. 2. Monitor customer activity and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall online customer experience. 4. Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them maximize the benefits of our online services. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Resilient attitude and confidence in dealing with challenging situations. 6. A commitment to pursuing excellence and setting a high standard for achievement.
