Job description:


Maxis Berhad is looking for a dynamic Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of online customer support representatives to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and support through various online channels.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of online customer support representatives, setting clear goals and objectives for the team - Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer support experience - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve our processes and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of customer support representatives - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and support - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
