Penerangan Pekerjaan - Online Customer Support Officer

Responsibilities:


- Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers experiencing difficulties with AirAsia's online services. - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and making changes to their bookings as needed. - Handle customer refunds, cancellations, and other requests in accordance with AirAsia's policies and procedures. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise. - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving AirAsia's online customer support processes and systems. - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and strive to continuously improve customer service standards.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - At least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related role. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong project management skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. - Reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with online customer support tools and systems. - Familiarity with the airline industry and online booking platforms is a plus.
