Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and reliable to provide exceptional customer support service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and assistance with online purchasing - Assist customers with order tracking and shipment inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer support experience - Utilize creativity and teamwork to find solutions to complex customer problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms - High school diploma or equivalent - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms preferred - Driven and reliable personality traits - Creativity and teamwork as soft skills
