Job Description:


Petron Malaysia is seeking an Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, social media, and phone. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Resolve customer issues and escalate to higher levels of support when necessary. 4. Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience. 6. Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies and processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and confident individual with strong communication skills. 2. Experience in negotiation and project management. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
