Job Description:
As an Online Customer Support Specialist at Axiata Group Berhad, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be responsible for addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues our customers may have through various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses and solutions to their queries.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer inquiries - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate and independent individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
