Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and driven Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance through live chat on our website.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance with booking flights, managing reservations, and answering any inquiries or concerns. 2. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate cases as needed. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Monitor customer feedback and respond proactively to improve the customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Work closely with the team to continuously improve the online chat experience for customers.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Proficiency in using online chat systems and customer service software.
