Online Support Officer

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking an Online Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service. 5. Assist in managing online platforms and ensuring content is up to date and accurate. 6. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services. 7. Assist in developing and implementing online support strategies to enhance customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Independent and driven individual who can work well under pressure. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 4. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 5. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
