Online Support Representative

Job Description:

As an Online Support Representative at British American Tobacco Malaysia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online customers through various communication channels. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless online experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Provide technical support for online platforms and systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns - Identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience - Monitor online trends and provide feedback to internal teams - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment - Experience in persuasion and people management - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
