Job Description:
Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a full-time Online Support Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing critical support to clients using our online platforms and assisting with any technical issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online support to clients, answering inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the online platform, escalating to the appropriate team if necessary. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all online channels. 4. Assist in the implementation of strategic planning initiatives to enhance the online client experience. 5. Conduct regular training sessions for clients on how to effectively use the online platform. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in online technology to provide expert support to clients. 7. Document and track all client interactions and technical issues to improve processes and identify recurring problems.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in online support or a related field. 3. Motivated and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 4. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 5. Proven experience in strategic planning and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience. 6. Strong technical skills and familiarity with online platforms and digital technology. 7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
