Support Associate - Work from home

Sapura Energy Berhad is currently seeking a Support Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

As a Support Associate, your responsibilities will include providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be required to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Additionally, you will assist in data entry, document processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
