Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support a team of customer support representatives in providing excellent service to our clients. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members to achieve KPIs. 6. Collaborate with other departments to drive project management and teamwork initiatives. 7. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support or related role. 2. Strong adaptability and ability to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Proven track record in project management and fostering teamwork. 4. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively lead a team. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
