Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia. As a Remote Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our remote customers. This role will require you to handle a high volume of customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely and effective solutions.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers remotely. 3. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a resolution. 5. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 4. Resilient and dedicated with a strong work ethic. 5. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer support tools. 8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
