Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated Remote Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident in their abilities and are eager to learn and grow within a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. 3. Document all support interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 5. Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills. 7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly support.

Requirements: 1. Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for technology and helping others. 2. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques. 6. High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
