Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Support Representative to join our team at Genting Group. As a Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong time management and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
