Support Representative - Work from Home

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Support Representative in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a full-time, Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers 3. Effectively communicate product information and solutions to customers 4. Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues 6. Assist with testing new software features and updates

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable individual 2. Strong critical thinking skills 3. Excellent communication skills 4. At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role 5. High school diploma or equivalent 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 7. Experience with CRM software is a plus
