Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Remote Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to passengers and travelers. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide information on airport services and facilities, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter while navigating our website.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide timely and accurate assistance - Answer customer inquiries and provide information on airport services, flight schedules, and more - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence when interacting with customers - Conduct research to find solutions to customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on airport policies, procedures, and services - Provide recommendations for website improvements based on customer feedback - Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for online customer support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence in customer interactions - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
