Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a full-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers through our online chat platform, providing information and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our web chat platform - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and motivated with a positive attitude - Strong cooperation and innovation skills - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Joining bonus for successful applicants - Medical coverage provided - Equal opportunity employer
