Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Perodua is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the web chat operations, managing a team of chat agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service through online interactions.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat team - Train, coach, and mentor chat agents to improve performance and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of web chat operations - Analyze chat data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and confident with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Critical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers and team members - Experience with web chat platforms and CRM systems - A proactive and results-oriented attitude
