Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a team of web chat agents to deliver outstanding customer support and drive customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat response times and resolution rates. 3. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards. 4. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Provide training and guidance to agents on best practices for effective chat communication. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices for web chat customer service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Proven experience in managing web chat operations in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 5. Excellent planning and critical thinking skills. 6. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting. 7.
