Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is looking for a Web Chat Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we require 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, and possess strong strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform, ensuring smooth and efficient customer interactions - Develop and implement web chat strategies to enhance user experience and drive customer engagement - Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to optimize chat performance and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web chat into overall customer service strategy - Train and develop chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service delivery - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 6 years of experience in web chat management or related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills - Solid understanding of chat platform technology and analytics
