Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our web chat platform, ensuring that customer inquiries are promptly addressed and resolved to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage all incoming web chat inquiries and provide timely responses to customers. 2. Monitor chat performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement. 3. Train and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure high quality customer service delivery. 4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline chat processes and improve efficiency. 5. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for service enhancement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management. 7. Implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience. 8. Provide regular reports to upper management on chat performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in web chat management or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities. 4. Passion for providing excellent customer service. 5. Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms. 7. Ability to work independently and remotely.
