Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Web Chat Officer to join our team at Hilton in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to our guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Interact with guests via web chat to assist with inquiries, provide information about our hotel services, and resolve any issues they may have - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages promptly - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on hotel promotions, events, and amenities to provide relevant information to guests - Provide feedback to improve the web chat system and processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Resilient and energetic personality - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using web chat software and Microsoft Office suite
